By accessing and using SceneShelf ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SceneShelf is an AI-powered platform that generates product marketing scenes and images. The Service allows users to:

• Generate AI-powered product scene images
• Upload product images for scene generation
• Purchase credits and subscription plans
• Manage their account and subscription

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

SceneShelf offers various subscription plans and credit packages. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Accept that all fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• Manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal

Credits purchased are valid indefinitely but are non-refundable. Subscription credits are added monthly and do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SceneShelf and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of images you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant SceneShelf a license to use, store, and process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated images created using the Service are owned by you, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may use generated images for commercial purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images. You understand and agree that:

• Generated images are created by AI and may not always meet your expectations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated images before use
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of generated images

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SceneShelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
